Storyland Yoga: Yoga for Kids and Families Giveaway CLOSED

I am a member of tomoson and they have teamed up with Playful Planet for this super fun Storyland Yoga: Yoga for Kids and Families review / giveaway. I am always looking for fun ways to keep my children healthy so I have decided to complete this project for them.

While participating in this review I found that children can learn about health and sustainability in a fun and involving way through Storyland Yoga. I have enjoyed this yoga for kids progam because it allowed me and my children to grasp hands on experiences together that will give us a lasting connection between us as individuals and our planet as a whole. Storyland Yoga is a fun-filled adventure that infuses children with an eco-conscious message through two unique stories, “Save the Whale” and “Condor Trek”. These stories engage a child’s imagination through storytelling while children learn yoga postures and become part of the story. I found that yoga is great exercise and it helps to calm children while giving them a greater focus and increased clarity. The age recommendation for Storyland Yoga is 3-8 however it is fun for parents and other family members also. We can all benefit from yoga, while enjoying ‘organic time’ with our loved ones.
